INDEPENDENT RELEASE IMPRINT

ABOUT THE LABEL

Built around the music.

The label exists to give Ayy Zee's independent releases a home. The music moves between punchlines and personal stories, social commentary and dark humour, heavy bass and bigger questions. The direction is driven by the artist, not by an invented corporate identity.

01 / THE IDEA

Artist-led releases

Sharp writing, honest stories and distinctive rap production, without a manufactured image or a borrowed formula.

02 / THE ROSTER

One artist, for now

Ayy Zee is currently the only artist releasing under Ayy Zee Records. The catalogue, rather than a large roster, is the focus.

03 / THE OPEN DOOR

Independent together

Always open to a conversation with other independent hip-hop and rap creatives about making something worthwhile.

THE CATALOGUE

The records so far.

From fast-paced bars and dark humour to the questions of identity, society and what we leave behind. Explore Ayy Zee's albums.

INDEPENDENT ARTISTS

Got a record in mind?

Ayy Zee Records is open to hearing from independent hip-hop and rap artists about genuine creative collaborations, from features and joint tracks to writing or production ideas. This is an invitation to connect, not an offer of record deals, distribution or artist signings.

If you've got an idea, introduce yourself, describe the collaboration and include a public link to your music. Streaming links are preferred over unsolicited file attachments.
